Spire
Spire™ by Assetspire is an asset and facilities management platform used to record, manage, and maintain asset data across multiple sites. It enables users to create and maintain detailed asset records, including condition, lifecycle stage, service history, and physical location, and to update this information through a mobile application available on iOS and Android devices. The platform supports the logging and tracking of maintenance activities, the scheduling of tasks in alignment with SFG20 and CIBSE standards, and the generation of reports covering asset performance, maintenance history, and energy usage. It provides configurable dashboards and real-time notifications to support operational oversight and integrates with CAFM systems, CMDB platforms, and ServiceNow for structured data exchange. Spire™ operates on a per-user pricing model with no restrictions on the number of assets or locations managed within the system.
